Is a Prescription required for this product?

Prescriptions are required ONLY for complete CPAP Masks and CPAP Machines. If we do not have a copy of your prescription, please fax it to 417-501-8843 or send it via secure email to scripts@cardinalsleep.net. Prescription orders will not be shipped until we have a prescription on file.
